The restaurant is very nicely located with views over the harbour. It is popular, so reserve a table when possible! The food was absolutely amazing and reasonably priced. If you come in early enough for dinner, you can enjoy an early-evening menu, with 2 courses for £15.
Situated at the heart of Oban and right along the waterfront, this restaurant serves a varied selection of seafood, but also some meat and vegetarian dishes. We enjoyed our dinner - the fish was fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Apart from red and white wine, this restaurant also serves some craft ales and good cocktails. As the restaurant can be very full in the evening, tables should be booked beforehand.

This place was packed but could sit right away and once we ordered, the food came back. Their veggie burger was pretty good, not extraordinary. Service wasn't the greatest when it was busy but lots of seating inside and out.
Very friendly waiters, excellent food quality. They were very kind to us and our dog and the service was excellent. Not 5 stars because there were some hairs in our drinks and food and because the prices were a little high. Overall a very positive experience.

The best fish and chip shop around. The fish is fresh and the batter is crisp. The fish is cooked to order so it takes a little longer but nothing is left lying around. It is a cash only place but there is a cash machine across the road. If you are in Oban stop here, you won't regret it!
If you are a fan of fish this is the place to go in Oban. We recently visited and had a fantastic meal. To start we shared the seafood platter which was made up of hot smoked salmon, smoked salmon and salmon pate. It was served with horseradish, rocket, chopped red onion, capers and crusty bread. I hadn't had horseradish before with salmon and it was a lovely combination. The pinot grigio was also a really balanced wine to have with the fish. For main I had Hake served with warmed cherry tomatoes, chips and salad. The Hake was cooked to perfection. A really light but filling main course. To finish off we had warm chocolate fudge cake with ice cream. A delicious end to the meal. The ambience of the restaurant was also lovely and it is fitted out beautifully. The toilet was also immaculately clean. Highly recommended.
